HI, I’M HANNAH

Head coach and owner of Hannah Gillard Coaching (shocking, considering my name is literally all over this website)

Here’s a bit about me - for years I thought health meant eating less, training more and trying to make myself smaller.

I lived in the cycle of restriction, over-exercising and chasing an appearance goal that never felt good enough.

Eventually I realised the problem wasn't that I wasn't trying hard enough.

The problem was the approach.

Health had become something that consumed my life instead of adding to it.

These days, my philosophy looks very different.

I train because I love feeling strong.

I eat to fuel my body, not punish it.

And I believe health should support the life you want to live - not become your entire life.

That's exactly why I created Hannah Gillard Coaching...

Not to help women find the next quick fix.

But to help them build confidence, strength and consistency in a way that actually feels sustainable.

Because the women I work with don't need another meal plan sitting in a drawer.

They don't need another "start Monday" moment.

They need support, education and a plan that works when life gets busy, motivation disappears and things aren't perfect.

So yeah, my goal is simple:

To help women like you build strength, eat with freedom and feel confident in their own skin.
