I want to share this with you…
I was once a girl who had been consumed by exercise and food to the point that life became a lot more painful than it should have been.
I lacked education on how to reach my goals, which led me down a very obsessive and unhealthy pathway as I entered into my health and fitness journey.
I would punish my body with exercise and restrict food to an unnecessary extent.
As a result, I spent years of my life struggling both mentally and physically.
To no surprise, this eventually led to deeper health issues with the loss of my menstrual cycle and later a PCOS diagnosis being a pinnacle turning point for me.
