What is this?

This is for the girl who knows she wants to train with more structure, but doesn’t necessarily need weekly check-ins, ongoing support or a full coaching commitment.

Instead of following a random guide or guessing your way through sessions, you’ll receive a training program built specifically for you, your goals, your experience level, your lifestyle and what you actually enjoy doing in the gym.

This is not a cookie-cutter plan.

Before your program is built, we’ll complete an initial screening to go over where you’re currently at, what you’re working towards, your training history, any limitations or injuries, your weekly schedule and what you want out of your training.

From there, I’ll create a personalised program that gives you clear direction, structure and purpose every time you step into the gym.
